Church-Wide Call Weekly Tuesday Fast Days

(November and December 2007)

Read Daniel 10: 1-14

Friends, we remain at a crucial time in the life of our church. God is calling us to a deep time of congregational prayer, fasting, and discernment.

Many of you have reported the blessings of the past 21 day fasting and prayer period. I want to invite you to continue living a fasted community life. So, on each Tuesday, according to your faith and health at this time, please spend thirty minutes in prayer for our church. The desired prayer time is 12 noon; however, we realize that not everyone will have the opportunity to pray at that time. So, please choose a time when you can be away from distractions and pray fervently with thanksgiving to God on behalf of St. Timothy’s.

Prayerful Questions:

1) God what is your will for St. Timothy’s at this time?

2) God, what do you want me to do to fulfill your will for St. Timothy’s and your purpose for my life?
