PRAYER FOCUS THROUGH PENTECOST
After Christ's resurrection on Easter Sunday, He revealed himself to the disciples and to many others. Jesus continued to teach and remind those He touched that He would always love them and would send them a counselor to be with them always.
On Pentecost, the Holy Spirit descended upon the disciples and they were transformed. They taught the crowds in their own tongue and many were converted. The Christian church was born.
During the season leading to Pentecost, let us remember why we became Christian. Let us remember the power it provides us and the responsibility it places upon us.
